For some reason, she reminds me of Sarah Michelle Gellar as Helen Shivers. I think she’d be amazing as a character that gets killed off but puts up the hardest fight.
Just the opposite thought here, she’s such a great character actress she could easily trick an audience into believing she’s the protagonist until the twist, sudden villain arc.

I've seen her in Euphoria, The White Lotus and The Voyeurs and I think she deserves to be given more strong and deeper roles to be able to show her full potential because we know what Hollywood does with actresses that look a certain way. I hope she will prove herself without being limited by her appearance.

I recently just finished binging seasons 1 and 2 with my wife - I literally looked the cast up and only realised that Angus had died - found out today! It was the end of July! 😔 Can't believe he's gone! He was only a bunch of years younger than me at 25. Born on the other side of the 1990s to me. So sad 😢

I love these videos! I just wish production would direct the answers to be answered in a way that is appropriate for the platform. For example, with Wikipedia, there's no way an edit would not be reverted and flagged as vandalism or something of the sort that began with anything in the first person that was not a direct quote. Again, great video!

When talking about Euphoria everything is Zendaya this Zendaya that. Cassie is by far the hardest character. I mean Sydney cries on cue what, every episode? multiple times sometimes? She's the best.

For any people who wanna say that Sydney is just another typical “pretty face” with an amazing body….she never asked to be born pretty, nor did she ask for the body she has….that’s all puberty and genetics which she had no control of. She could’ve used her looks and her body to get ahead in her career and life but she didn’t, and although she’s most known for her role as Cassie who is hyper sexualized….Sydney separates herself from that character and actually works super hard to achieve her accomplishments. I think any hate she receives for being a “pretty face” just comes from jealous, insecure and envious trolls.
she is an amazing woman and so much more than her appearance, however i think it’s reductive to say she never used her attractiveness to get ahead. it 100% gave her a huge advantage and theres no denying that. thats not to say it takes away from her talent or hard work!
to state people are jealous, insecure & envious trolls as an insult/form of dismissal is reductive. all of these feelings/emotions are completely valid. im not taking any *sides* here, but its beneficial to acknowledge the privileges people are given due to respectability politics. her genetics give her an upper hand due to institutional issues, its important to acknowledge that and not invalidate people who might've recognised they aren't granted the same privileges. also, to state that she didn't 'use' her attractiveness to get ahead truly doesn't mean much seeing as her body is held in high regard regardless of whether or not she intends for it to be used as a stepping stone to success, but that doesn't mean she is obsolete in her success.
